Each of TNNWC’s Service Group Divisions (http://www.tnnwc.com/services.shtml) is led by a Client Services Executive (“CSE”)/ Divisional President who is actually our joint venture partner in that Division. These Divisional Presidents run their own show, taking responsibility for marketing, delivery (fulfillment), quality, building innovative add-on services of their own, monitoring operations with bottom-line responsibility and supervising the personnel in their charge.
To co-venture with us, an individual has to have an extensive working knowledge of the product, experience with running his or her own business enterprise or practice, entrepreneurial initiative and genuine leadership and team-building skills. This is not a salaried middle-management position – nor is it a commission sales position…it is a rare, permanent partnership opportunity to build something bigger together. We are willing to invest some quality training time with you, but you must have some experience in media advertising sales. You can carry out virtually all responsibilities by telecommuting in most cases.
