TNNWC Member Joins Efforts Combating Abuse, Community Crime

Levittown, Pennsylvania – Soke Joseph L. Droual, a member of TNNWC Group, LLC, as well as a small business owner, literally walks the talk in promoting positive life-changing experiences in individuals. He has thrown his support behind two groups dedicated to making the world a better and safer place: The Guardian Angels and the National Organization for Women’s Safety Awareness, an organization that provides abused women with shelter and support. Soke Joe Droual has owned and operated a self-defense education and training center since 1966, The New York Martial Arts Hombu of Huntington, New York.

Soke Joe is a member of the advisory council for NOWSA. Most recently, he supported NOWSA’s Voices for a Cause™, a fundraiser that brought together celebrities and entertainers to support the organization. He also is contributing his time and experience to an initiative with Guardian Angels founder Curtis Sliwa and local officials in Huntington Town, NY, to develop programs aimed at protecting youth from gangs.

To Soke Joe, it means giving back to the community where he lives and taking care of others. “This is my passion in life,” he said. “I want to do this for my community because I do not want to see people hurt. My life has been dedicated to helping others learn how to protect and defend themselves, from the opening of my training center in 1966 to today. By joining NOWSA and Curtis Sliwa’s Guardian Angels, I can reach many more people than ever before and show them how the art of self-defense and non-violent conflict resolution. In life as well as in business, these can be invaluable lessons.”

TNNWC Website Undergoes Overhaul, Set for Mid-February Re-Launch

Levittown, Pennsylvania – Following an extensive overhaul and retooling to make it more useful and more robust for members, the TNNWC Group, LLC website is set for reboot this February. The website will offer current features members have found valuable since its original inception six years ago and many new features are being added, Adam J. Kovitz and Douglas Castle, Co-Chairpersons of TNNWC, announced.

 “TNNWC has grown and evolved in the six years since we first launched our website, which originally began as a newsletter,” Kovitz said. “During this same time period, the needs of our members have changed dramatically and on the sixth anniversary of our original publication:  The National Networker Weekly Newsletter (which launched in February 2005), we’re going to re-launch a brand new site that will be more navigable, more interactive and perhaps best of all, more intuitive. We’re all excited as we enter a new era in delivering services to help entrepreneurs all over the world achieve the success they deserve.”

The popular newsletter features will remain. These include The BLUE TUESDAY Report™, which every week offers members free access to guidance from TNNWC and its partner services, such as CEO Space and its Featured Company of the Week.

“Looking back, it has truly been a long but wonderful trip,” Castle said. “We began as a newsletter that kept growing in popularity and now we are blossoming into a one-stop resource for business growth that will offer small and mid-size enterprises the services and support that only larger companies typically enjoy. This way, we hope TNNWC levels the playing field among businesses of all shapes and sizes.”
